Image theft!

I do what I can to stop people taking images off photoconnect - and it works to some extent. But I'm not saying what it is because it's different relying a little on confusing the potential thief as opposed to using technology alone.

I never thought it useful to protect thumbnails - so small as to be useless I thought. But the thumbnail of this image has been stolen by someone to illustrate an article on two blogs. Not personal blogs, but blogs run commercially to help make money. The two articles between them have generated nearly 200 comments; so many, many more people are viewing the content.

I don't want to name the location right now because I am still figuring out the best way of proceeding but if anyone can help on the situation in Australia (I am in the UK) the I would be grateful.
