What is your returns policy?
First of all our policy is to avoid returns by giving you what
you want - if your cards seem different to what you expected to
receive - see the next question.
However if for any reason you do not like the cards, please post
them back to us within 5 days of receipt and we will refund you
what you paid to us. Usually this will be by cheque. We do ask that
as well as posting the cards you email us a short explanation for
their return so that we can learn going forward.
We ask you to send the cards back to us carefully packed so that
we receive them in the same condition that you received them. Our
cards will be packed securely and will be in perfect condition when
dispatched so if you are returning them because they were damaged
in the post then we would like to know.
Why does the card look different to what I saw
on the screen?
Firstly we hope that it looks better than it did on your screen!
However each card looks different on each screen because of individual's
selected preferences for brightness, contrast and colour balance.
If you don't like it, send it back.
It's blurred!
The night-time photography in London includes blurred movement
as integral part of the image, helping to capture the atmosphere
on the streets. If you don't like this style, please don't buy it!
