Many images on this site are available free of charge for non-commercial use on the Internet. They are clearly marked and linked to this page.

Should you wish to use an image then please complete a purchase enquiry form in the usual way and mention in the available box that you require the image for non-commercial use.

Not all images marked will be available and the photographer will be the arbiter of what is non-commercial.

You will need to provide details of the site on which the images will be placed.

If an image is made available to you in this way then you agree to the following:

1. You will link the image to a page of the photographer's choosing (probably on Photoconnect.net)
2. You will mark the image as the copyright of the photographer as follows:
   • ©Photographer Name / Photoconnect.net
   • This will either be as a 'watermark' on the image or in small text in the proximity of the image
3. You agree that you will not knowingly allow the image to be copied or used by anyone else without that person linking to Photoconnect.net in the same way.
4. You agree that you will not manipulate the image or cause it to be used in a way that would demean the image, photographer or subject matter in any way.

Please respect these conditions - you will get the image that you want for your site while helping independent photographers publicise their images on the web.

If you do not ask about use or do not comply with the above then you can expect to be invoiced for that use at the commercial rate.
