- high
quality inkjet reproductions of such prints
- inkjet
images produced direct from the negative
- inkjet
images from digital media originals
- digital
files of the latter three categories for you to print yourself
- you should have a professional photo quality printer or access
to a service that can provide you with such a print
When
you buy our fine art, you buy the right in perpetuity to exhibit
it in one residence/building only at any one time.
One
thing to consider is that buying a digital file (if it is available)
gives you protection
should a print be lost or damaged some time in the future. We however
strongly advise that you make a back up of the original file
- in 10
years
time it may be difficult to trace the photographer!
Although
you should check detail with individual photographers, you can
expect that Although you should check detail with individual photographers, you can expect that inkjet prints will be printed using professional quality inkjet printers on the highest quality archival paper using the printer manufacturer's own inks (or better). As added protection, add £4 at the time of your order to obtain a TIFF file of the print on a CD.
If
purchasing an inkjet print, please note that while
A4 frames are readily available, A3 frames are rather hard to
find
at present. Consequently please check on the availability of A3
frames or alternatively be prepared to trim the border or mount
in a larger frame (16" x 12 " is just oversize).
Enquire
with the photographer about matting (mounting on mounting board),
delivery cost, insurance etc.
Please
note that borderless printing constrains the framing of many images
so it will be normal for there to be a white border on inkjet prints
that will vary in size. Some of the most effective presentations
use broad borders - please consult the photographer to confirm the
position.
Currencies other than £ Sterling

All prices will be based on the £ Sterling values in the
above tables translated at the appropriate current exchange
