Pricing of Traditional Licensing - Band B

The Photoconnect pricing stucture is relatively simple and transparent and set out in the tables below. The pricing of traditional usage licences is however more complex than its royalty free counterpart. The price depends on a variety of factors, most significantly use, size, circulation and/or period of use.

For exclusive rights to an image in a single country (region in the USA) for a period of one year, add 30% to these prices, subject to a minimum fee of £400. Exclusive EU, USA, continental rights, add 60% (minimum £500). For exclusive global rights, add 100% (minimum £600).

  Use on the web depends upon the popularity of the site - we use Google Rank of the page on which the image appears as a guide. Prices are for use for one year on one page- repeat use charged at 50% of GR at renewal. Multiple page use add 100%. Intranet use £60.
  For greeting cards, add 30%. Product packaging, add 50%. Use for 3 years.

Images are normally delivered as RGB .JPGs by email. There will be a surcharge should you require delivery as a .tiff or on a compact disc. Check with the photographer.

Currencies other than £ Sterling

Photoconnect photographers and buyers can be located anywhere. All prices will be based on the £ Sterling values in the attached tables translated at the appropriate current exchange rate in the currency ageed between the buyer and seller.
